Live music for a wedding reception, birthday party or anniversary shouldn’t be the preserve of the wealthy, but with some cover bands charging several thousand pounds to perform, that, sadly, is the reality.
Of course we like to see musicians receiving generous emoluments. We’d just rather your eyes were left watering as an emotional response to a special occasion, enjoyed with loved ones, and not because of the cost of the live entertainment.
